Dellas General Terms and Conditions

Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Della Dental. The terms “you”, “you” and “customer” refer to you as a customer.

Acceptance of our terms

When you register for a subscription or when you order a product/products from us, you confirm that you have read, understood and also accepted our terms and conditions. If you do not accept our terms, you are also refused to use our website or buy our products. 

Adjustment of our terms

At any time we may adjust and change our terms and conditions and we reserve the right to do so. In the event of such an adjustment or change, we will contact you as a customer in good time. If no appeal has been received within 30 days, we will assume that you agree to the adjustments. 


Our products are our toothpaste tablets and toothbrushes, both of which can be purchased by subscription and as a one-off purchase. The products are intended for personal use only. 

Dellas description of the toothpaste tablets and our toothbrush has not been reviewed by the Swedish Food Agency or the Swedish Medical Products Agency. 

Our products must be used in accordance with the descriptions and precautionary guidelines provided. In the event of an allergy, it is your own responsibility as a customer to ensure that they do not contain anything to which you may be allergic. 

Account activation

An account can be created on our website. It is not allowed to transfer your account to other people and you can only hold one account.  

Information about subscription

Dellas products can all be ordered with a subscription. When ordering products with a subscription, you also enter into a subscription agreement with us. The subscription is offered at an interval of 30 or 60 days, and a new order is automatically created every 30 or 60 days. 

You can change your subscription and/or unsubscribe by making changes to your account or by contacting us via e-mail. We must have changes no later than 48 hours before the next order of the products is processed. The subscription renews automatically.

Order our products

Our products can all be ordered on our website, delladental.se.

Your order is confirmed by us sending a confirmation by e-mail. In the confirmation, we have approved your order and an agreement now exists between you and us.  


Even if the products are on the website, this may mean that they are not always available. We strive to deliver as quickly as possible to you as a customer, but during certain time periods there is a risk that it may take longer. Delivery takes place as quickly as possible but normally within a couple of days.  

If shipping costs are added, it will be shown when the customer comes to checkout. Smaller packages will be delivered in the mailbox, if the package is too large it will be delivered to the nearest post office.  

If you should not collect your package on time, we may charge you for any fees that may arise in such a situation. 

A full refund will be given if a product is out of stock. 


As a customer of Della

If you are under the age of eighteen, you may not purchase our products or use our services, unless approved by a guardian. 

You can only order our products within the EU including Norway and Switzerland. 

We reserve the right to refrain from entering into an agreement with you without stating the background to the decision. 


Price regulations

As a customer, you must pay for ordered products. Our prices are indicated for the various products on our website. At checkout, our delivery costs, taxes and other relevant fees are also indicated.   


The payment methods that are available to you as a customer can be found in the checkout. Which third-party supplier you choose determines which conditions apply to the payment.  

When paying, you agree that we will send the invoice to the e-mail address you entered. As a customer, you are obliged to ensure that all payment details are correct.

You agree to pay within the given time for the payment method you selected. We can close your account until you have paid. If you pay after the due date, any third party fees may apply. 

You agree that we may charge payments for subscriptions that occur automatically without further approval. This happens until you cancel your subscription agreement.  


Our obligations are regulated by the Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932), the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) and also in the Product Liability Act (1992:18). 

Warranty and complaint

We at Della are responsible for any errors that may be present when you receive your products. We are not responsible for errors caused by you, for example if you have not followed the instructions or simply if you have not taken care of the products properly. 

Our products are only considered defective in accordance with applicable legislation, e.g. the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932) and the Product Liability Act (1992:18).  

If our products are faulty in your opinion, you can report this to us, contact us via our website or e-mail, within a reasonable time, for example two months but no later than three years. 

Third Party Providers

We may use services or a product from a third party. How these third parties act is beyond our control and we are not responsible for how these parties act.  

We are not responsible for delays and possible errors that we have not been able to influence. If such a scenario arises, we will notify you as soon as we can. 


According to the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Off Business Premises (Distance Contracts Act), you have a full right of withdrawal for fourteen days from the day you received our products. If you regret it, contact us with a written message via our website or e-mail.

Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, a full refund will be made. If the packaging is broken and the seal is missing, the right of withdrawal cannot be applied. The goods must be returned by you no later than 14 days from the day your decision was received by us. Return shipping is paid by you.

Personal information 

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be read on our website. 


Our website is owned and maintained by Della Dental AB. Our brand, our logo, our website with all material may not be used without our written approval.

You may not change our code or tamper with our website. 


We at Della have the right to pledge or transfer our rights to a third party.


If it turns out that something is not correct in our terms and conditions, the other parts shall not be affected.
